Complaint Details:
I have credit card of your bank. certain amount is blocked while Europ tour. Actually all bill are paid and and all amounts are unblocked by hotels. I have also forwarded letter regarding unblock amount to headoffice.cpd@bankofindia and BOI navi peth br. pune. I have not received any response regarding this. No reply for my mails. can you help me ?
