We have requested for the termination of the services in April. The router and modem were collected by your team on May 5th after contacting you. We haven’t still received the deposit yet that is Rs 1250.
I have also emailed Appellate on 5th June regarding this. The problem is still not sorted. It has been 3 months now and as per your terms and condition, it should be done in 45 days.
I also contacted nearby Youbroadband sales team and they are not helpful as well.
