Complaint Details:
I purchased 10400 mah power bank 2 years back and its USB slot is little loose and when i reached Madhapur service centre, they straightly rejected it saying Xiaomi will NOT do any service to power banks.
Despite I was ready to give money for repairs they were not interested in handling any customers having Power bank issues.
This is so frustrating and neglecting attitude Xiaomi is maintaining. I need appropriate person to answer to this situation.
