Complaint Details:
I bought a recliner for Rs 30, 000/-. From my registered ph no., you can verify the date of purchase and the history of service rendered by your technician. A few days after delivery at my home, the material at foot rest was peeling off. I complained to your Aminjikarai store from where I got the recliner. They sent the technician to my home. He did some minor correction with pasting the material and assured that there won’t be problem thereafter.
But to my surprise, the material pasted did not stick permanently and it was again tearing off. When I again told your people over ph nos. 08939992380 & 09884712040, I was asked to send the images of recliner’s affected portion by whatsapp in the second ph no. ending 12040. I have promptly done the same.
But they say that I’ll have to bear the cost of repairs. Since the problem occurred from the beginning, the product has to be repaired at company’s cost. Despite my telephonic conversation with the phone no. 09884712040 and sending image once again in whatsapp as advised by him, it is not taken care.
I am totally disappointed with the product, service and the image of wood pecker is at stake. Please attend to my complaint and set right the recliner at the earliest. Meanwhile, the foam inside the bottom of the foot rest is also coming out. Further, the head of the recliner is also slowly getting peeled.
The product I was supplied was of very inferior quality and not worth the price I paid for. In view of the above, I request quick service. You may contact me for details. A Krishnan
