Scam or fraud: Vodafone India — wrong ussd code doing activations without customer confirmation

Complaint Details:
This to log a complaint against vodafone India for their carelessness. Consumers are using old shortcode *111# from which no confirmation or sms are being sent on pack activation.

Even on calling customer care Puneet Kumar (floor supervisor) in delhi HQ he refuses to login my complaint of incorrect deductions and no confirmation from the shrot code used.

Highly unprofessional behavior for the organisation. I am and ex employee of the same company. Really feel sad the way they are dealing with customers.

My vodafone no. is 9759168850… And the wrong activation of 42 Rs was done on 18th July through *111# USSD code.
