Complaint Details:
I had gone to Vodafone store on 30th June 2017 for changing of my Vadfone no from postpaid to prepaid segment & they told me that the same would be done within 48 hrs but today on 3rd July 2017 72 hrs have been passed but then too my request hasn’t been completed.
This is very very poor customer service from Vodafone.Not upto the mark.
Very much disappointed
