Complaint Details:
Today i went to vodafone store for conversion from postpaid (corporate) to prepaid. So first the person tried to convince me to continue with it.. Then when i told him that i want to be done with it so he said he ll see to it.. Then i asked for the amt due till date for bill clearance and he told me to wait. I waited there for more than 1 hr and he told me u cant get it now.. Contact me later.. So this is the way employees are treating thier customers for conversion… They are fooling… Vodafone customer service is totally disapointing.
