Complaint Details:
I lodged a complaint on 27.07.2018 regarding my electric bill payment to WBSEDCl on 04.07.18 through my Debit Card of United Bank Of India Rs. 409.15 which was debited from Bank account, A/c No.[protected] but till now the amount not credited for my Electric Bill account (ID No.[protected] nor refund my Bank A/c.
