Dear Sir/Mam
Today I went to Union Bank of India Branch Sonkh Crossing-Mathura(Uttar Pradesh) to open my saving account but one of then a lady employee rejected my ONLINE ACCOUNT OPENING / APPLICATION INFORMATION FORM(Hard Copy) FOR RESIDENT INDIVIDUALS because of I did not mention my father’s name with my name (Vimal Goswami) in Full Name box of Applicant Details.
But when I filled online form there was no mandatory to fill your name with your father’s name.
I want to know that why have been they rejected my form?
I also want to know that where is problem in Website or that Branch?
