Complaint Details:
I Amit N Chauhan having S/B A/c No 315102011145350 with Union Bank Of India, Ranjit Rd, Jamnagar. Today I go for cash withdraw but main branch have no cash then my friend go to khambhaliya gate branch with same cheque but over there manager told him that third party pmt is upto Rs.10, 000/-.
After long discussion with manager of both branches result is I can’t withdraw MY MONEY from my account.
When we want the above rules in writing, they don’t.
Really Govt. Bank’s staff hasitate their customer so much and result people divert into Private Bank. And I also thinking to shift my account into private bank.
Really today I suffer lots of problems, occurred by banker.
Request to Hon. Govt. please make proper action against that officer for all of Union Bank Of India’s Customer as well as our country.
