I deeply regret to state that the Landline Connection 42061116 (Airtel) was not working properly and was out of order between 04-18 June 2017 and 27-30 June 2017 – almost 18 days. If this is the service Airtel provides and claim for the bill payment, I am totally upset with your organisation and the services rendered by you. Due to your inefficient staff in solving the problem quickly I had made a claim for the financial loss @ Rs.2000/- per day for the non-working days of your telephone and internet services. Therefore you pay me the compensation or allow me to proceed further with TRAI to claim the same from your end.
