Scam or fraud: Tikona — Generating Bills fake Bills

Hi,

I was TIKONA Broad user I have taken connection in Jan -17 in sec 23 A Gurgaon location, But I was not satisfied with their services and its speed is very pathetic so I continued it for 2 months only as I already paid for it in advance, I made a disconnection request, customer service responded that you stop using the services connection and it will get disconnected and you will not be charged but they didn’t disconnect it but generated a bill of Rs 575 against my name for next month even I am not using their service and said you need to pay it after than they can disconnect the connection, I paid the complete outstanding amount of Rs 575 .Even after that my connection is not disconnected but TIKONA generated bill of Rs 190 again saying rental for next month.

I followed up with the their customer services +50 time but their customer service is also pathetic and haven’t taken any action against my request for disconnections.They just say stop using the service and you need not to pay any bills.
I am getting calls from TIKONA for paying amount every now and then its a kind of MENTAL HARASSMENT.
Today I received a call asking me to pay RS 308 even I stopped using their service in MARCH month itself.

I want:
Action to be taken against such service provider who are charging their user and minting money.
Blacklist the TIKONA company.
TIKONA should stop sending unnecessary mails and messages immediately.
STOP harassing the consumers mentally and financially.
TIKONA should send me the DISCONNECTION email .
