Complaint Details:
Dear Sir,
I Ashish M. Lonare, was travelling in Bus No:4 from Lokmanya Nagar – Thane Station on Dt.13-Jun-2017, however while coming out at Last Bus stop i.e Thane station i forget to take my baggage.
On Enquiry with conductor, it is found that the conductor Mr. Parikh (9870459406) told that he has deposited the baggage at Thane Bus Control Room and kept it hanging there and show it to the on Duty Staff Mr. Pathan.
At present the baggage is not there and some body out of the staff member has taken away my baggage having my Driving license, money, Tiffin, waterbottle etc.
