Dear Sir,
As there was a problem in my Power Bill, i lodged a complaint through this on 17/03/2017. To my surprise, within few seconds i received a call from mobile no.8449877950, asking me about the details of my consumer no., bill details, my problem etc., . later that person asked me how i have paid my earlier months bills..and i told i paid by Debit Card, then he asked me about card details such as card no. CVV etc., Then i got doubt and asked him who he was. Immediately he switched off the call.
From this i could understand that your TSPDCL complaints site is hacked. If i would have been not alert, it would have been a costly mistake for me.
So, i am bringing this to your kind attention. Please see that necessary are taken, so that the site is not hacked. So that customers as well as company will not be at loss.
