Scam or fraud: Tata Sky — Set top box replaced taken as second connection- ID 1076609310 Veena Sharma

Complaint Details:
Tatasky cable TV connection was taken in the name of Veena Sharma 1076609310 for over three years. Due to A/c water spilling on the TV and Set Top box the set top box was totally corroded and I made a complaint in Deec17. A service engineer was sent by TataSky and the set top box was replaced. The service engineer did not take the old box and informed us that it is of no use.since then they were charging on 2 connections.
I made a complaint to the customer care several times but without rectifying the error they went on harassing me and finally made it one connection. But they refused to give retrospective effect to the excess amount charged. A lady official informs me that she could credit only Rs.50, a pittance.
The question is why should your service engineer give a wrong report. Despite my information they never reversed or appropriated the recharge amount correctly. They went on threatening to disconnect and I paid an amount of Rs. 765 and 400.
Again they said it has been set right and the charges will not be given from the date of error but only from the date of their rectification.why I should be penalised for their blunders.
Due to the threats of disconnection I am forced to switch over to a new cable connection in place of yours, there by wasting my money on set top box, excess payment and the dish of your company.
How will I be compensated of my loss?
