Complaint Details:
Our Tata Nano car caught fire, which was parked in the corridor.
Because of this, our house also caught fire. We could not come out of the house as the car was parked in front of the main door. Our neighbours broke open the window to let us come out. The fire damaged the house. We had to face mental trauma and could not do our routine work for nearly 2 to 3 weeks. Children missed their colleges. The estimate to renovate the house is around Rs. 5 lakhs.
Can I get compensation for this ? If compensation is not given, I am going to file a case against Tata Nano Company.
