Complaint Details:
One of my friend recently bought Tata Tiago from Kandiwali Tata showroom. After first servicing car is facing issue that car doesn’t engage gears in running and it gets stopped automatically. When he report this back to service center they took the car back and kept for 2 week. After that they returned back the car stating issue has been resolved. But very next day same issue occurs again. When we report this in twitter to Tata they initially responded once, but now they stopped responding. My friend just about to have accident this morning as car stops in running condition. Dumper behind pressed urgent breaks otherwise situation would have been different. Such defects need to be reviewed at manufacturer’s place, so end users doesn’t face issue. Tata has to update their test procedures to address such issues. I am highlighting this because I want other Tata users should be aware of such issues and prepare themselves to face such issues in future.
