Money was deducted from my account even if when the website stated a failed transaction.
While booking 3 bus tickets from koraput to parlakhemundi on the website indiabus.com the payment gateway was successfully redirected and balance was deducted but my tickets weren’t booked.
756/-INR was deducted from my account via the SBI ANYWHERE APP and my tickets weren’t booked so I request for a quick refund to carry out my work.
