Complaint Details:
I visited the branch for net banking activatoin. But person sitting at cash counter also resposible for net activation facilities say ‘ dekhte nahi ho mai kya kar raha hu’ .after meeting the branch manager he says u sit upto five o clock we dont have manpower or come another day but when i said either u do my job or close my account he readily gave me a blank paper and told me to submit the account closing form…please see through…
