Complaint Details:
I was travelling from New Delhi on a SpiceJet flight. After the trip, when I recovered my luggage at the conveyor belt, one corner was broken to the point that a piece had broken so that there was a hole in the suitcase. I complained straightaway at the airport and a few days later a staff called me to inform me that I would be reimbursed only Rs. 3000. My luggage is a Delsey Honore. It cost me around 28K. When I told my issues with the amount, the staff told me he would email me a link to take my complaint further up. That email never came. So I called the customer care, after listening to my query, the staff put me on hold and then cut my call. So i wrote an email but in vain. I still haven’t gotten a reply.
Horrible service by SpiceJet! If your staff have broken a customers luggage, you’re supposed to apologize and reimburse the amount. Safe to say, I will spread word about the horrible service to all my friends and relatives and will never travel by SpiceJet again.
