Complaint Details:
I have opted the option to return the moment I recieved the product and tested it. They are a pair of shoes which do not fit at all and initiated the return. But, the return is under process and has no mention of a date and time for the return pickup. Cannot talk to a person from Snapdeal as I get connected to IVR. Need immediate solution. Need immediate solution from Snapdeal team.
