Dear sir/madam,
In case of lost documents Anjani courier is not taking responsibility instead they are asking franchisee to take responsibility. Which is totally wrong. Franchisee is just aiding them to do business how he will be held responsible for lost documents as in case of mine.
I request to relook into franchisee model of courier service providers like anjani courier and cancel it on immediate effect to avoid such problem with other consumers in future.
