Complaint Details:
HYX13675 this order was cancelled by me and as a refund is want my INR2730 .I m contacting them and they are saying that they have send the amount to paypal but paypal is saying that they have not received any amount.
shein is saying that there transaction ID to paypal is 2LL26569NL777503B
KINDLY HELP ME
It had been last 3 months I m trying to coordinate but they both are saying two contradictory things.
