Complaint Details:
I am a software engineer and i know that my phone stuck in boot loop.
And i know how to resolve the problem and technicalities of it but the service center lady told me that we have to replace the motherboard but i know that it is not required and motherboard is working fine.
MY phone is under 1 year warranty then also
they told me that it would cost me Rs. 5000/- for a mobile which I bought about 3 months back.
I was sitting in the service center for 1 hour and all the customers were being told the same thing, i.e. the service charge is more than the cost of the phone.
This is daylight ROBBERY!!!
