Myself Jayesh Lohana
i have to update you on sequence of events over my Curved TV 49 Inch which i bought from Flipkart, The TV was delivered and i purchased 3 years Extended warranty from Samsung and i registered a complain for border discolour issue, 4 times the Engineer visit, and what i could get is assurance that some one senior most shall attend my complain, Its a disgusting experience working with Samsung
You immediate suitable and appropriate measures shall be highly appreciated
