Such a bad experience with Samsung Services. Samsung commits assured quality . I rate Samsung quality parameter in minus out of 10. Its better to purchase mobile named J7-2016 on 28/Jan/2017. I m facing internet ant network issues since the day I purchased the device ( Manufacturing defect). I approached Samsung service centre plenty of times located in Janakpuri, New delhi, but no support from the. I recently visited Samsung service centre on 02/June/2017 at 6 pm. They had submitted my mobile with complaint NO. 4237821148. Also Samsung reference no. 3704465245. I received one message after 1 hour on 2/June/ 2017 that your repair has been completed you can collect you device. Next day at 12 pm i.e 03/June/2017 I visited the service centre to collect my device . Samsung executive said your handset is not repaired yet but your complaint / Call has closed. What the hell it is? How the company can close customer complaint since it has not been resolved. The data cable of the same device was also not working since 1 month . I asked the Samsung executive to please replace my data cable, as it is under warranty. He said sorry we cant generate your call..Go and purchase from market.. Can you please tell me Samsung, why you are giving warranty on your product. Such a pathetic and annoying service.
