Complaint Details:
I Kamil khan, purchased a samsung galaxyS7 Edge mobile from MOBILE XZONE located in merrut on 30th december 2016.
i wanted to bring in your knowledge that my mobile had some problem in charging within few days..later i went to samsung care centre ( HAPUR UP) to know the fault then they got to know that its motherboard has some problem n they will give my phone after a week.
now i want phone to be replaced with new phone. kindly inform me if it is possible.
