My self Naveen Kumar, I own a renault kwid RJ 02 CD 4446 my number is 9649372830. my car ac stoped working a month back, I visited your service center in alwar (Nirmal Cars Alwar (jaipur) ) they had taken out blower from car and now when i call they every time make excuse of part not available. I purchased my car on 24 april 2017 and after 1st service this problem generated.

Now what is the use of taking extended waranty for 4 years when i am not getting a decent service even after 2 months of purchase, is just your role limited to sale of car only
