My name is Pankaj Vashisht
I bought Insurance renault assured alliance with “Reliance renault assured” from PMG auto pvt Plot No. 47, Industrial Area Phase 1, Chandigarh, 160002.
My policy premium is Rs 17571.00 and i make the payment through credit card. my concern is this if i am buying Renault insurance product from Renault authorized dealer still PMG charging 2% extra as bank charge fees for credit card. So i have to pay Rs 17, 922.00. I bought this vehicle from Renault in 2013 and loyal customer of Renault from last 4 years. But this way of ripping money from customer is unacceptable from Renault.Also if this for real that we have to pay 2% extra bank charge then moving forward I will not buy Renault products.Bank have provided these machines to dealer to facilitate customer or to enhance sale but they don’t to increase sale. They cover 2% charges and want to loose 80% sale. If renault is wants to continue this approach then good luck.
Had same argument with PMG Auto pvt ltd but they said its management Decision you have to pay.
