Complaint Details:
My Renault pulse has poor air condition cooling delivery which I purchased April 2015 since I handed over to authorized service center at Tanjore last 6 months ago and left my car almost 4 days they took for service but that same problem of poor cooling has repeated
I landed my car Renault service center in pondycherry on 12/03/17 this time for car has the same problem continued after my car crossed 20000 KM upon its third free service had the last Feb last week in Pondicherry service center
The complaint is they took my car for pre trailing up to mealmaruvathoor near Chennai about 200 km up & down with diesel expenses
they asked me the fuel expenses about 1500 INR from me without detailed inspection how can they take my car for trailing? even they did not take trailling after service and they ask me that expences
please could me explain this is there any procedure like getting expences from customer ?
