Complaint Details:
I had applied for a Jio connection on 18th January, 2017. After almost a month, the engineers came to my house and it was discovered that due to a peculiar physical obstruction, I could not get Jio connection. I thus applied for a refund and recieved a ‘cancelled’ confirmation on 28th February. Since then, I have tried many times to get my check back. The local Jio person is now ignoring my phone calls. Their names are Anil Dubey and Umesh. I live in Malabar Hill.
I want my refund. I intend to take legal action against Jio. Even though the amount is small, I will spend money to see the matter to the end. I am angry at being treated this way by Jio
