I have purchased an OTG from Reliance Digital Adyar store, dated 18th June 2017. I bought it to give it away as a gift. Having given the gift, the receiver has indicated that the grill tray (item number 7 as per the manual) is missing. I went to the store to check about the same. The person in the store did not provide any logical step to recover the product or launch any complaint. Instead he kept saying that he wanted a picture of the unit as it was unpacked. He does not know how to handle customer or to receive complaints. He was sounding very illogical.
I don’t have any motive to fool him that I have not received the product. The product was not opened when it was delivered to me. So they also do not know if the item was inside the box or not. So given the benefit of doubt, atleast he should have tried to take my complaint. He was very sure that it cannot be missing. But I am saying something is missing. There was no conclusion in my discussion and I moved out of the store with an intention to raise a formal complaint hoping atleast that this team will be able to handle it logically. For your kind information I have also lodged a complaint in the morphy richard customer care.
Request you to handle this issue at the earliest.
