Complaint Details:
One of the worst service ever faced, from last 4 days our fridge is not working, called call center atleast 25 times, nothing is happpned.
Fridge gas leaked, reliance has given 2 year extended the warranty, Sumsang fridge purchased in Jan16 at GIP, Reliance Digital.
One of your service provider – Nikita (MBL-7290001755) is saying that we should fill the gas from outside and she will reimburse after 5-6 days.
Seems we did a great mistake by purchasing fridge from Reliance Digital.
Can someone look into the issue on an urgent basis and get the issue resolved.
