Scam or fraud: Reliance Broadband — Discontinuation of service any time

Complaint Details:
I am using Reliance Broadband (ID: 396417784902)since october 2014 with landline connection.

There is frequent disconnection of service/ reliance internet does not work and Landline is disconnected mostly.Even after several complaints to reliance customer care they don’t respond immediately nor the issue is resolved permanently. We observed that after several reminders just a week or few days before monthly bill payment they start the Internet Service only(not Landline).

This has become their regular practice which is not acceptable and losses the interest in continuing this sort of service. It hampers my day to day activities for which this service is enabled. However, there is no positive response from Reliance Broadband till today this is followed. The customer care complaint attendant person told us that this issue is due to permanent faulty cables for Internet and Landline which the company is not changing/replacing.

Note: Landline is still not working.

Kindly look into this issue and help us to resolve it permanently.
