Complaint Details:
We had recharged our smartcard on 9/10/17 and channels are not activated and the screen is showing as unsubscribed channels and also it is displaying as error 200. The paid money is being wasted without our use.so please rectify the problem as fast as you can.Your toll free number [protected] is not working and answering as services unavailable.plz resolve the problem.
