Complaint Details:
I got membership for commodity. Was made to pay to a private account saying there was a fault with online payment gateway. Since I received all messages from authorised company sms system, I paid 7000. I even got confirmation by email from company. However no receipt was sent. I was promised 400 points profit in crude. I was told until I get 400 pts profit the membership plan will not lapse. However the services were very bad. There was no accuracy. In only 8 days I lost 361 pts that is Rs 36100. Than the executive Abhinav jain stopped picking my calls. Later one Mr Prakash communicated to me that he will reverse my losses and get me profit as committed. However even after 3 weeks he has not given a single tip for trading. Whenever I call him he either does not picks the phone or says he is busy and will call later. That later never comes. These people are absolute cheats. Fake company, fake people. I even came to know they have done the same with few other people and done huge losses to speculative investors like me. I advise all to not take services from rapid research company.
