Complaint Details:
I have an AMC for kent RO water purifier wit Rain Drops services since 24.4.2018. For past 2 weeks I have been calling them for service. Everyday they say that technician will be sent but nobody comes. When I call them on 30th August, they said that they have registered my complaint only on 29th August and that technician will come on 30th August itself. However, nobody came and neither was there any call from them till today.
