Complaint Details:
Almost for last 2 months I am unable to login to my PayTm account. I tried to reset my password many times but I do not receive any link to reset my password. Many time this issue was brought to the notice of PayTM customer care by sending couple of emails, however frustrated as not received any solution to resolve this complaints. A very poor customer services provided by PayTM, which cause inconvenience to users.
