Complaint Details:
By mistake yesterday i ordered a dslr, but due to bad interface, wrong address was choosen, immeditialy i contacted them on twitter via msg, for which i got a reply tht they will see to it, now the order is ready wid seller to be shipped at the wrong addreess..but paytm guys are not replyin n not ready to help.
even contacted the seller directly.have put him on hold..as the other address is not availbe…but they cant do anything.. they said until paytm doesnt change online they cant entertain us
