I had booked my bus ticket today from a indore to Mumbai through Paytm. Ticket got booked and an amount of Rs.1444 git deducted from my account. Immediately I received a msg that my booking has been failed and amount has been refunded. But I haven’t received this amount yet. I will sue you if I don’t get this amount soon. I won’t hesitate to go to the consumer court. I have been trying to reach customer support but all the contact numbers are wrong!!! I want refund of whole amount of Rs. 1444
