Complaint Details:
I had taken ola cab from sahakar nagar to mysore circle. cab no. is KA-52, A 2026 and driver name V chandan his mobile no. 9743123147. I left my iphone 5 in cab itself. after getting down from the cab, I realised that i left my phone in the cab itself and immediately i called the driver on his mobile. his mobile was switched off. I called my mobile. it rang twice and after that got switched off. I called ola support complaining about their driver but the CRM instead of helping the customer and lodging their complaint they asked me to keep trying with the driver itself and they cannot do anything regarding this. the driver has switched off his mobile and it is not in service even after 5 days of the incident. I am really disspointed with the ola service as i know the thief and still ola is not helping me in catching hold of the driver. How can ola keep such thieves without cross verifying their back ground??
