I am requesting for refund for the Empty Parcels I have received. But they are providing no response since 1 week for refunding my valuable money I have spent :

I have received an unsealed and nearly empty bottle or used product. Suddenly while using I got to find that nothing is coming outside through the Sindur brush and then when I saw through torch i found its nearly empty.
