Complaint Details:
I have filled partial application on 18/06/2017. I have paid the amount for 85 lacs term insurence and 25 lacs for accidental coverage. I have paid online Rs.20383.
After that system shows some different/wrong values for the eQuote (eQuote No. ORSX1808). It is showing the coverage around 45 lacs and premium some Rs. 11500. Also it is showing my annual salary Rs. 4 lacs instead of Rs. 14 lac 30 thousand.
I have send more than 28 mails to Maxlife customer care and they told they will revert but no action has been taken. (I can provide details of all mail communications)
I have called more than 60 times to Maxlife customer care they also confirmed the receipt of the payment but were not aware what to do in this case.
Worst experience is that they are even disconnecting my calls now.
I even remembered many names of Maxlife customer care persons.
After this experience I dont want to continue with max. So please help me to get my money back so that I can get insurence from proper provider.
