Scam or fraud: Maruti Suzuki India — Service in Workshop

Complaint Details:
I bought a maruti swift tour on 5th of July 2017 from Poddar Car world bt next day I found that the horn is nt functioning properly… I took the car to the showroom bt I was told to take the car to the workshop instead. As per instruction, I took the car to the workshop… Bt the service manager took no interest in solving my problem n made me seat in the workshop for last 1hour… I want to know ..is dere any provision that after purchasing a car from maruti… Maruti gives a harassment to the customer as a gift…???
