Complaint Details:
I am quite shocked to receive the electricity bill amounting Rs. 24, 259.49/-against electricity consumption, for the last months at my residence.
It is just not possible for me to have used so much of electricity. I have purchased this house from Sachin Tuka ram Ghadi. I took possession in the month of February 2017.
I went to local office at VIRAR west and met following staff of MSEDCL for reporting the subject matter:
1. Mr. Vinay Arade UDC
2. Mr. Abid Drakshi Office Asst.
3. RJ Mahala Assistant Accountant
I discussed and explain them that there is some problem we are not getting hard copy of the bills since we have shifted to this home. In spite of excess (INR 3870/-) amount that is already submitted in the month of January 2017. We have received such a huge bill in May month.
Bill generated for May month is average bill of 6 months. We requested to check and support in this regards all the official staffs misbehave with me and start shouting on me and told me that I have to submit the bill.
Bill its self-shows that there is mistakes in the system even they do not want to support.
I request your personal intervention in this matter as local staff is not ready to listen and support me.
Please inform us the reason why I got so much excess bill my home was closed for one month in the May month even such huge amount was generated.
I appreciate if this matter of unfair excess billing is resolved at the earliest.
