Scam or fraud: Lucknow University — please refund counseling fee of b.ed lucknow university

My name is Choudhary Janki. I have appeared in first round second phase counseling for b.ed counseling from lucknow university. I have paid 5750 for counseling registration but i have not been alloted any college. As per guidelines if college does not allot any seat it would refund 5000.But till now it has not done so. Kindly refund counseling fees as soon as possible.
