Dear sir, I submitted the policy bond with all papers and discharge voucher to Live Br 2, Muzaffarpur, but no outcome has so far been noticed and the proposal has been returned.The remittance has been acknowledged by the LIC till Feb.1997, after that all Remittances returned.I will request you to look into the matter and arrange to pay at the earliest.Photo of all related papers are being attached for perusal and necessary action, please.
