Dear sir,
Myself Suba bharathi, i have bought a Lenovo vibe k5 Mobile by this year January 2017. Even i didnt drop it a single time but the Letter “P” in the touch is not working thats why i went to the service centre in T.nagar i have handover the mobile to them by 20/3/2017 they informed me to collect the mobile after one week . so, after 1 week (i.e) by 27/3/2017 yesterday i went to the service center to collect my mobile. The got the receipt and asked me to wait for few minute. I have been there for more than one and half hour, then again i asked to them . They said that they were closing the call again it will take 1 hour, so i replied to that staff that “what happen ?? i got some work so please make it fast??”. Suddenly she gave me a reply that “she gave me my receipt back, if you wanna leave, u leave i will call you after 1 hour” but even after 1 hour they didn’t called me. Again i went to ask them for that they were saying that they were updating the software its not working, if you want your mobile means we will handle it in dead condition only. Such a irresponsible staffs and service center were going on there. Hardly i have been there for 5 hours still i didn’t got my mobile back. So, i humbly request you to take a necessary action against that center.
