Complaint Details:
Bought a Lenovo zuk z1 on in august 2016 after few days my phone started restarting automatically.first time i submitted my phone at lenovo service centre was on 27th nov 2016.
No. of times visted service centre – 6 times
No. of times phone’s PCB was changed – 2 times
still the problem continues even though i was able to get regional ASM involved still no proper assistance.As the customer care executive has only one reply to my mail as requested earlier please visit the service centre again.Lenovo has the worst customer care and service centres.
