Complaint Details:
I brought Lenovo K6 note in December 2016 and after using only for 2 months its speaker issue started then I submitted it in lenovo service center orchid plaza, borivali west and they gave estimated time of 15 days but after 15 days they just used to told part is not available and after almost 2 months i got my mobile back then again in last month mobile gave me another issue that is half touchscreen not working & I again submitted it on 20 july 2017 but still not getting back again same reason they are not getting its parts thats why ita taking longer time this is not fair please take some immediate action on it otherwise I will do police complaint against this service center this service center is just ridiculous.
